How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Spatchy account and all associated data, send an email to our support team. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation once complete.

What Gets Deleted
- • Your account login and authentication credentials
- • Your personal profile information (name, email, phone)
- • All jobs, invoices, quotes, and customer records associated with your organization
- • Team member accounts linked to your organization
- • All uploaded files and documents
What May Be Retained
- • Billing and transaction records required by law (retained for up to 7 years)
- • Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you
